​ Macronix offers standard cell and IO libraries to customers for most of the available technology, ranging from 1μm down to 0.16μm. IO libraries are tested to pass ESD at minimum 2KV HBM. For technology below 0.18μm, memory compliers and generic analog IPs will be provided.

Standard Cell

  • 600+, 7, 9, and 12 tracks high density /high performance cells
  • Multiple drive strengths
  • Applicable for 3-6 metal layers
  • Accurate timing and physical models for mainstream EDA tools

Inline IO Libraries: 5.0V and 5.0/1.8V

  • Pad size : 125x70um (exclude bond pad area)
  • 3 or more metal layers
  • Crystal oscillators: 30KHz – 40MHz
  • User configurable general purposes IO
    • Pull-up/down
    • Schmitt trigger
    • TTL/LVTTL or CMOS
    • Output drive strengths 2-16mA
